Join our team of aquatics enthusiasts who are dedicated to providing a safe and exciting aquatic experience for participants of all ages and abilities. Our aquatics team is filled with passionate swim instructors who enjoy inspiring and educating. We're always looking for people with great personalities, a passion for working with children, and a sense of fun. If you love the water, love children, and love to have fun, then this is the place for you.

Michael Phelps Swim School offers it’s instructor’s flexible working hours, in a part-time schedule that often allows you to work around other commitments [like College].

As an instructor you will:
• Instruct group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels;
• Create a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive member experience;
• Build strong relationships with participants and continually recommend classes based on skill levels;
• Complete a certification program through Michael Phelps Swim School.

We do ask that instructors meet the following requirements:
• Enthusiasm for working with children;
• 1 year experience working with children;
• Swim experience preferred, not mandatory;
• Able to swim 25 Freestyle & 25 backstroke;
• Demonstrate knowledge of all 4 strokes;
• Must attend Michael Phelps Swim School in-service training;
• CPR/First Aid/Lifeguarding certification preferred, not mandatory.
